We set up websites for institutes, research groups and large-scale temporary projects. (So not for: Courses (that’s what LMS is for), Bachelor’s or Master’s theses, advertising, individual websites, personal websites, tests). .

You can find the title of your website, for example, at the top of the tab label in the browser, in the bookmark, etc. That’s why a short title makes sense. You cannot change the title yourself! This website is called “JGU – Center for Data Processing”.
The address of your website (no e-mail address, so nothing with @). A-Z, numbers and hyphens are permitted. When moving to the new layout, simply enter the full address of your old website here. Domains without uni-mainz.de are subject to a fee.
Relocation or new website
You will receive a new subsite with a transitional web address. Move = At the end of your move, we move your domain address to the new subsite. New = after a few days you will receive the domain address of your new subsite.

For student councils: In the imprint, you must specify the student body as the publisher and the JGU Executive University Board as the competent supervisory authority.
Website goes offline(Required)
If they do not make any changes to the website for two years, the website will go offline and all associated resources (domain name, rights groups, items) will be removed. You have to agree with that here.
Editorial contact(Required)
The contact (address in the footer) contains an e-mail address that is read regularly. You have to agree with that here.
Legally required pages(Required)
I keep the editorial contact, imprint, source of images, data protection, plain language and accessibility up to date. You have to agree with that here.
The German template is the most sensible small solution for most websites. The English template also contains all standard pages already translated. We can only activate multilingualism after your first registration.

If you want a domain without uni-mainz.de at the end, name your cost center (details) here. If you request a conference website, please confirm briefly and informally that you are familiar with the Converia conference tool. Otherwise we will ask.
The Send button only appears if you use a uni-mainz.de e-mail address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. If not, you have not successfully submitted the Form. It may not have been completed in full or you are working in Faculty 04.
Websites für den FB 04 werden in Absprache mit der Unternehmenskommunikation der Universitätsmedizin angelegt, da dies die Dachmarkenstrategie der Universitätsmedizin betrifft, bzw. mit der IT-Sicherheit, um zu vermeiden, personenbezogene Daten der Unimedizin auf den Servern der JGU zu lagern. Die Anträge sollen über Webmaster, Grigorios Pilidis, (in CC) kommen, der die vorherige universitätsmedizinseitige Abstimmung vornimmt. Darum wird bei Eingabe von FB 04 dieser Hinweis eingeblendet.
